He was a Church Planter with the North American Mission Board in Denver, Colorado. He led a church experiencing a catastrophic, 17 year decline to healthy revitalization. Rose Acres Baptist Church, in Edgewater Colorado became a healthy, self-financed, church able to contribute significantly to Southern Baptist Missions Agencies. During his tenure as pastor the church experienced 800% growth in attendance
